Your deposit holds your place in line. Reservations are honored in the order deposits are received. If you change your mind before you choose your puppy, we refund half of your deposit. Once you choose your puppy, the deposit applies to that puppy and is no longer refundable.

Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
